St. Luke’s will offer parenting workshops on Sunday, February 23, 2020 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.  At 5 p.m.,  we will begin with a free pizza dinner for the entire family.  At 5:30, children and youth go to regular Sunday night activities while parents attend a workshop.  Nursery care is available for younger children birth through Pre-K3.

Workshops:

In “Parenting with Hope,” Amy Pearson will discuss coping with child and parent stress, handling fears, building self-esteem, and still have time to offer some practical discipline strategies. (Workshop for parents of children from birth through 5th grade)

In “Navigating the Digital World,” Beth Ryan will offer guidelines and resources to help families work together to navigate our ever changing digital world. (Workshop for parents of youth)
