Welcome
Welcome to St. Luke's United Methodist Church, a long-established congregation, founded in 1875. We strive to achieve this within in the walls of our facility on Highland Street by offering worship, service, educational and worship opportunities. As our church's facility is location in the University district of Memphis, it is uniquely positioned to serve our neighborhood and the needs of the broader community.
Our stated mission as a church is," Weare becoming a faithful community of disciples striving to share the heart, mind, and hands of Jesus Christ to ALL People."
We take this mission to the greater community through an active, inclusive service ministry.
By joining together, we can make a difference.
Here's how you can become acquainted with our congregation and our ministries:
•Visit a Sunday School Class
•Attend Sunday Worship Service
•Our Pew Captains will greet you and answer any questions you may have.
•Volunteer to serve in one of our on-going ministries
•Visit our calendar so that you can learn about the active life of our church
•Contact a member of our church staff for more information

When we Meet
Sunday Mornings
10:30 am
What To Expect
A typical service will last about 60 minutes. We sing a good mix of contemporary and traditional music that is led by our worship team. There is childcare available and activities for all age groups. Plan to hang around after the service for fellowship and meeting new people.
